1. Tickets & Entry

• No Ticket, No Coffee: You must have a valid ticket to enter.

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

2. Health & Safety

• Allergies: Speak to vendors if you have any allergies.

• Conduct: Be kind to the baristas and fellow guests. We reserve the right to ask anyone being disruptive or unsafe to leave (without a refund).

• Children: Kids are welcome, but under-16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Photos & Filming

• Smile: We’ll have photographers and videographers capturing the vibes. By entering, you agree to your image being used for our social media and future marketing.

4. Liability

• Personal Belongings: Keep an eye on your bags. We aren't responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• The Law: These terms are governed by Scots Law. Any disputes will be handled in Scottish courts.

5. Changes to the Event

• Sometimes things happen—line-ups or schedules might change last minute. We’ll always do our best to provide a great experience, but we can't guarantee specific vendors will be there.
